Widespread Panicはサザン・ロック系でジャム・バンドとして人気のあるグループ。ＣＤは持ってないけど、ネットラジオでジャム系を聞いていると必ずと言って良いほど流れる。
John Bellはリード・シンガー兼サイドギターのメンバーらしい。コンパクトに「ジャムとは何か」ということについて語っている。
